Persons willing to obtain a permanent residence permit in Lithuania, as well as those seeking to acquire citizenship of the Republic of Lithuania, take the State Language and Constitution of the Republic of Lithuania exams. Registration for taking the exams is carried out in the MIGRIS system https://www.migracija.lt/

Registration of candidates wishing to take state language proficiency category exams is carried out in the NŠA e-service system: https://eksternams.nsa.smm.lt/
Information on payment for category exams can be found in the NŠA e-service system when you register for the exam.
Payments for exams are made only through the MIGRIS electronic systems. Direct transfers to the accounts of the Tax Inspectorate or NŠA are not possible.
